I made this EP in the 6th month of my pregnancy with my first child, inspired by the relaxed, meditative, peaceful, sleepy, hopeful, grateful. loving, divine and empowered feelings I experienced. I incorporated the live recording of my baby's heartbeat from the first ultrasound into tracks 2 and 3.

During my pregnancy, I read the book, "Magical Beginnings, Enchanted Lives," by Deepak Chopra, which quoted the poem, "Our Deepest Fear," by Marianne Williamson. It reminded me how much this quote resonated with me many years ago when I first heard it, and it still resonated, especially in the context of growing a life inside. I recorded myself speaking the first and final part of this poem, and separated the text into the last 3 songs of this EP. I also added some of my own lyrical interpretation of this poem while singing.
